Payment is accepted by cash, business check, credit or debit check card with Visa or MasterCard symbol, American Express, PayPal* or on invoice**.  Payments for invoiced clients are due within 30 days.  If late, a $25 late fee will apply.  All other payments are due at the time of service.



All work is 100% guaranteed.  If a document is rejected due to a notarial error (i.e. missing stamp or notary signature, incorrect county or state listed, or incorrect date), the notarial act will be performed again free of charge and no travel fees will apply.

Please note, providing the wrong type of document, failing to supply required witnesses or requesting the wrong type of notarial act does not constitute an error on the notary's part.  By law, a non-attorney notary cannot explain or interpret the contents of any documents for you, instruct you on how to complete a document or direct you on the advisability of signing a particular document.  Please make sure to seek guidance from the requesting agency or an attorney regarding any questions you may have.

Oregon Notary Fee Schedule  (Fees are per person, per notarial act)

OAR 160-100-400:  A notary public shall not charge, attempt to charge, or receive a notary fee that is more than:

$10. for taking an acknowledgement.
$10. for taking a verification upon a oath or affirmation.
$10. for certifying a copy of a document.
$10. for witnessing or attesting a signature.
$10. for protesting commercial paper, except $0 for a check drawn on an insolvent financial institution.
$10. for administering an oath or affirmation without a signature.

​Travel Fees (General Notary Work)​ 

 

$40 minimum travel fee within Salem/Keizer. Travel fees are in addition to notary fees as outlined above.  Please call for rates outside of Salem/Keizer. Order fees to be agreed upon prior to accepting the order.
